The high-speed jet generated by the pressure gas passing through the feeding injection nozzle forms a negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, which automatically sucks the crushed raw materials into the mixing chamber and sprays them into the crushing chamber. There are several nozzles around the crushing chamber spraying supersonic jets into the chamber, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide violently and be ground and crushed. Coarse particles are circulated back to the crushing chamber for continued crushing, while fine particles are discharged from the central discharge port to obtain uniform ultrafine particles.
