Product Description

High-Efficiency Laboratory Crusher

Working Princible

The high-speed jet generated by the pressure gas passing through the feeding injection nozzle forms a negative pressure in the feeding mixing chamber, which automatically sucks the crushed raw materials into the mixing chamber and sprays them into the crushing chamber. There are several nozzles around the crushing chamber spraying supersonic jets into the chamber, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide violently and be ground and crushed. Coarse particles are circulated back to the crushing chamber for continued crushing, while fine particles are discharged from the central discharge port to obtain uniform ultrafine particles.

Performance & Characteristics
  1. 1. Suitable for dry ultrafine processes, as the impact speed is high, reaching more than Mach 2, it is generally easy to obtain particles of 1-10 microns.
    2. Compared to fluidized bed jet mills, the controllability of crushing fineness is slightly worse, but it has a good crushing effect on materials with viscosity, and the crushing process will not cause clogging and inability to crush.
    3. No temperature rise, the crushing process due to the compressed gas nozzle causes the temperature to drop, and there is no mechanical friction process, so the crushing process will not cause a temperature rise, suitable for heat-sensitive, low melting point materials crushing.
    4. The equipment has the advantages of short crushing time, simple structure, no moving parts in operation and easy maintenance, small footprint, low noise and no vibration.
    5. High crushing efficiency, capable of continuous crushing, can ensure the purity of crushed products.
