The crushing chamber of this machine consists of components such as the casing, door, main shaft, turbine assembly, sieve assembly, feed hopper, and discharge pipe. It primarily accomplishes the crushing of materials through the vortex generated at the back of the turbine blades. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at high speed. Since the turbine maintains a minimal gap with the tooth blocks on the sieve ring, the materials entering the machine undergo further grinding in the gaps of the rotating airflow. During this process, the turbine sucks in a large amount of air, which serves to cool the machine, grind the materials, and convey the fine powder. Uniquely, a certain number of dynamic and static needles are added to the turbine and the door, respectively, achieving the pre-crushing of materials entering the crushing zone. Simultaneously, a flat gear ring that matches the outer end face of the blades is added to the door, preventing coarse particles that have not been sufficiently crushed from escaping the crushing chamber. The fineness of the crushed materials depends on their properties, the pore size of the sieve, and the throughput of materials and air.
