This machine is primarily composed of a body and a crushing disk assembly. The crushing disk is directly driven by a motor, resulting in a high crushing linear speed. The crushing disk is equipped with multiple rows of crushing blades, and several fixed blades are installed on both sides of the body, with a certain spacing maintained between the crushing blades and the fixed blades. This machine is installed and connected to a vertical pipeline. When materials enter the cavity, they are broken under the impact of the high-speed rotating crushing blades, effectively breaking up viscous and agglomerated materials. This equipment is suitable for breaking up agglomerated materials and can also be used as a coarse crusher after material feeding.
It has a wide range of applications in industries such as dyes, pigments, pesticides, chemicals, and food, making it an ideal pre-crushing equipment for use in production lines. It can be operated using both dry and wet methods.
