Product Description

The machine consists of an electric motor, a pendulum rotary body composed of various knife types (hammer, axe, and hammer), a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, a crushing chamber, and a screen. After the material enters the hammer's working area, it is broken by the impact force generated by the high-speed circular motion of multiple pendulums driven by the motor on the main shaft disk. The broken material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and is impacted against the crushing baffle at high speed for a second crushing. Materials smaller than the screen mesh size are discharged from the bottom of the machine, while larger particles bounce back onto the baffle and are further crushed by the additional impact of the hammer head. Throughout the crushing process, materials also crush each other through mutual impact and collision. The product particle size is mainly controlled and adjusted by the screen mesh size, and can also be adjusted by changing the rotation speed.
