Product Description

This machine consists of a motor, a pendulum hammer rotating body composed of various blade types (blade, axe, hammer), a feed inlet, a discharge outlet, a crushing chamber, and a screen mesh. When materials enter the working area of the hammer, they are crushed by the impact force generated by the high-speed circular motion of multiple pendulum hammers driven by the motor on the main shaft disk. The crushed materials gain kinetic energy from the hammer head and are further crushed upon impacting the crushing baffle plate at high speed. Materials smaller than the screen mesh aperture are discharged from the lower part of the machine, while larger particles rebound onto the baffle plate and undergo additional crushing by the hammer head. During the entire crushing process, materials also mutually impact and collide to achieve pulverization. The particle size of the product is mainly controlled and adjusted by the screen mesh aperture, and can also be adjusted by changing the rotation speed.
