After the material enters the crushing chamber, it becomes downstream under the action of the centripetal countercurrent jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet. The accelerated material is merged at the meeting point of multiple nozzles, resulting in violent impact, collision and friction, and then crushed. The crushed fine powder moves with the air flow in the upper part of the chamber. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber and continues to be crushed. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector and is collected. The dust-containing gas is separated in the dust collector, and the gas is removed by the induced draft fan.
