Working Princible

The grading machine consists of the up cylinder body, the wind sieve, down cylinder body, classifying rotor, exhaust pipe and so on. By the way of feeding, the materials get into the grading machine from the inclined tube of up cylinder body, Material fall free, coarse particles fall along the cylinder wall at the wind sieve, the fine powder rise to the classification wheel, under the centrifugal force, some coarse particles fall to wind sieve to regrade and disperse, particles comply with the requirements discharged from the exhaust pipe, coarse particles discharged from output of down cylinder body. Material can also be input from the primary air intake port, the grading effect will be better.
